Not a question any more, thank goodness, but maybe something useful for others. Just thought I'd post some notes after upgrading a site today to 8.3 as per https://www.cloudscribe.com/blog/2025/07/28/cloudscribe-v83-released The upgrade was simple via csproj as recommended. But the editor was bust - just a text area with no WYSIWYG tools. I puzzled over this for a couple of hours tbh. No console errors, no network errors, no clue! Eventually I made a new site with the [VS template][1] to see if the editor worked there - yes it did. So I copied the custom1 theme from there into my site and switched to that, and the editor worked. So I took a guess and copied the contents of the \custom1\wwwroot\js folder into my own theme, and then the editor worked fine - the new Summernote one that is! So to anyone else upgrading a site, you might need to copy the JS files into your own custom theme. [1]: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=joeaudette.cloudscribeProjectTemplate
