Thank you so much for all your help. I am sorry I have another question. Since updating to 8.0 I always get an error message (see attached scrshot). I may not be doing something on my end to protect the mysql database. The DataProtection config file makes use of this code: string pathToCryptoKeys = Path.Combine(environment.ContentRootPath, "dp_keys"); services.AddDataProtection() .PersistKeysToFileSystem(new DirectoryInfo(pathToCryptoKeys)); I have a dp_keys folder in the website directory and there is a key file dated 5-16-25. I am not sure how it got there. It is not on the server. The startup file only has this instruction: services.SetupDataProtection(_configuration, _environment); I can't tell if the scrshot uploaded. Thank you--not sure if you see my problem, without the scrshot.
